Property watch

Relax throughout the year or as long as you need to take care of your property. We take care of the property instead of you through our property watch package. Property watch is monitoring of the property, which means that the property is visited regularly, and possible damage or other problems are checked. Our property watch package includes:

1. Inspection of the property 2 times a month, and in case of very bad weather.
2. Collecting mail and invoices, and forwarding them to your e-mail.
3. Ventilation of the property during the monthly inspection.
4. Keeping the keys to your property.

The price of the package depends on the square footage of the property:

• A property under 70 m2 is €50 per month.
• A property over 70 m2 is €62.50 per month.

The prices are expressed with VAT.
