The holiday apartments are located on the upper two floors of our family house. The house is situated in a residential area of Baška Voda, only 30m from the beach and 200m from the city center. It’s in the front row, on a rise by the sea, and is approached only on foot, by a flight of stairs. That is why you have a parking place at your disposal, at a guarded parking lot 100 m from the house, at an extra cost of 15 euros per day. Baška Voda is a lovely coastal town known for its stunning beaches and crystal-clear waters. It offers a variety of activities for visitors, including water sports, boat tours, hiking, and exploring the charming town center. The area is also known for its local cuisine, so make sure to try some delicious seafood and traditional Croatian dishes during your stay. Apartments Ultramarin and Tirkiz are perfect for a couple, while apartments Kobalt and Akvamarin easily accommodate 2 adults or even a family with 1 or 2 kids!

Apartment Kobalt has cca 45m2, is located on the 2nd floor of our family house, and offers comfortable accommodation for a couple or a family with one or two kids. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen (water kettle included), a living room with a bed sofa (for 2), a satellite tv and a dining table, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a bathroom with a shower (and a hairdryer) and a terrace with a sea view, ideal for enjoying your breakfast or dinner.
