The apartment is situated on the second floor (Top) of the house in Makarska city center. Decorated and styled with brand new modern furniture we offer a new and fully equipped kitchen, a lovely spacious balcony with sea view , washing machine, AC, TV with Netflix, wifi, as well as free parking place 300m from the apartment, plus more – you will be feeling right at home in no time. My guest won’t need a car to get around but if they do we have reserved parking place 300 m from the apartment. The house itself has NO PARKING. But for our guest we have reserved parking place( 400 M FROM TRHE APARTMENT) or provide them free parking ticket . For getting around the best option is to go on foot. The main square is literally a few steps away and the beach is 7 minutes walk across the harbour. This new and spacious apartment is pleasantly appointed with comfortable furnishings. Located a few minute’s walks to the old town and some of the most important sites to visit (‘Kacic’ square, Malacological Museum, Lighthouse St. Peter, Venetian drinking fountain, The church of St Peter, Kalalarga street )
